Valor Constructors, Inc. (Valor) is a licensed and privately held Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVO-SB) providing general contracting and consulting services company located in Encinitas, Valor Constructors Inc., founded by Bryce Brown, focuses on Federal and State Construction Projects and Specializes in "hard to build" projects.

Valor is founded upon the principle of Quality and Colaboration with our clients and team members. We believe the best project outcomes come from performing quality work while managing the project through proven construction management principles. This in turn provides decision makers with accurate project information.

We take an aggressive approach to accurately bidding projects, and implementing effective cost controls. Through consistent management and industry knowledge we are better able to handle project challenges as they arise. Our company is exceptionally proficient with the contracting rules, regulations, and requirements of state and federal government agencies, and we have well developed quality control and safety plans in place for agency specific projects.

Our experience comes from leading the design and construction of multi-million dollar construction projects for The Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), Naval Engineering Facilities Command (NAVFAC), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and General Services Administration (GSA).

Valor Constructors is a SDVO-SB certified (CVE) from the US Department of Veteran Affairs and DVBE from the California State Department of General Services (DGS). By having these certifications, it allows Valor to give back to our Veterans through quality built facilities and employment opportunities through our company.
